Lingua Fest 2026 was celebrated with great enthusiasm and literary spirit on 27 January 2026 in our institution, highlighting the power of language, creativity, and expression. The event began on a vibrant note with an engaging introduction by the Masters of Ceremony, setting the tone for an afternoon crafted with creativity, clarity, and class.
The programme commenced by invoking the blessings of the Almighty through a soulful prayer song, followed by the Tamil Thai Vazhthu. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, Dr. V. R. Ravi, M.S. (Ortho), Vice President of the Indian Stem Cell Study Group and a distinguished alumnus of the school, along with other dignitaries, symbolised knowledge, unity, compassion, resilience, gratitude, and hope.
The welcome address and the honouring of dignitaries added grace to the occasion. A documentary showcasing the institution’s achievements and milestones of the past year was screened.
The Chief Guest Dr. V. R. Ravi, M.S. (Ortho),enriched the gathering with words of wisdom and motivation. The Guest of Honour, Mr. V. R. Rejoe, shared his experiences and reflections, inspiring students with his journey and strong bond with the institution.
The cultural segment featured a variety of performances including a welcome dance,declamation, poem recitation, drama, and energetic dance performances.
The mime show conveyed a powerful social message on reducing screen dependency and reconnecting with nature, using expressive movements and silence to leave a strong impact on the audience.
Several sessions of Lauding the Achievers were held to honour students for their outstanding accomplishments. Parent impressions and alumni reflections added emotional depth and pride to the celebration.
The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks followed by the National Anthem. Lingua Fest 2026 concluded on a memorable note, celebrating excellence, expression, and unity, and leaving behind lasting memories in the hearts of all present.
